The TCI® program aligns to ethics and professional conduct of the European Union of Legal Interpreters and Translators (EULITA), the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), and the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) codes.

Robust


Our TCI® program is designed to provide students with basic interpreting standards, theory, and practical skills for use in social and civic environments. We cover medical interpreter, legal interpreting, remote interpreting, strategic mediation, and advocacy.

Immersive


Students will experience immersive learning on how to interpret in different community settings and will participate in active, guided role-playing sessions. Graduates will demonstrate competence interpreting through exercises and reflective practices.
